eGift Cards Terms and Conditions
A valid email address is required to redeem. The eGift Card will be created and sent out via email within 24 hours of completing your order. You may be asked to confirm your email address, and, if asked, you must respond to that email within 60 days to receive the eGift Card. eGift Cards are subject to the terms and conditions below, which may change from time to time.
Redeemable on Cindy Myers' website only. No expiration date, no fees. Not redeemable or returnable for cash. Not a credit or debit card. Not valid as payment anywhere else but on Cindy Myers' website. Check gift card balance by Contacting Cindy Myers. Must have card number available. All terms enforced except where prohibited by law.
Providing a Valid email Address
Cindy Myers is not responsible for eGift Cards that are undeliverable or not received due to your failure to enter an accurate email address. Please check to make sure the email address is correct before placing your order. If you have provided a correct email address, but the email containing the eGift Card has not been received within a reasonable period, the following is a list of the most common reasons why delivery may have failed:
- Spam filter blocked email or routed it to a bulk/spam folder
- Recipient's firewall blocked the email
- Email inbox is over size limit
- Invalid email address
eGift Card Replacement
Lost, stolen or damaged cards replaced only with valid proof of purchase to extent of remaining card balance. If an eGift Card CODE IS NON-FUNCTIONAL, YOUR SOLE REMEDY, AND THE SOLE LIABILITY OF CINDY MYERS, SHALL BE THE REPLACEMENT OF SUCH EGIFT CARD.
